Bookings and availability
All bookings are session-based and subject to live availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.
Payment and holds
Session inventory is protected by a temporary hold during checkout. If payment is not completed within the hold window, the hold expires automatically.
Session details
Public pages show approximate studio location only. Exact arrival details are shared after booking confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the booked session. The current refund policy shown during booking and booking management is the operational source of truth.
Guest conduct and media acknowledgment
Guests may be asked to complete safety acknowledgment and optional media consent as part of checkout before final payment.
